Video Game - PS5 | Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on PS5 is a first-person shooter set in the early 1980s at the height of the Cold War, acting as a direct sequel to the original Black Ops. The story follows a CIA-led black ops team—featuring returning characters like Woods, Mason, and Hudson—plus new operatives as they hunt a Soviet agent codenamed Perseus who aims to destabilize global power and change the course of history. Campaign You play primarily as “Bell,” a customizable operative (background, dialogue choices, and some gameplay perks) who joins Russell Adler’s multinational task force. Missions range from stealth infiltrations in East Berlin and KGB headquarters to large-scale firefights in Vietnam and other Cold War hotspots, with multiple endings based on key choices and interrogation decisions. Multiplayer Builds on classic Black Ops feel with create‑a‑class and Gunsmith weapon customization, plus new and returning scorestreaks. Introduces new modes like VIP Escort, Combined Arms (6v6 or 12v12 with vehicles on larger maps), and Fireteam: Dirty Bomb alongside staples such as Team Deathmatch and Domination. Progression is shared across campaign, multiplayer, and Warzone, letting you level weapons and unlock attachments across modes. Zombies Co‑op Zombies mode returns with a new Cold War storyline set in the Dark Aether universe, featuring classic Perks, Pack‑a‑Punch weapon upgrading, and buildable field upgrades. You can bring in fully customized loadouts (not just a pistol), then earn salvage in‑match to upgrade armor and weapons and unlock support items like scorestreaks. From round 10 onward, you can choose to “Exfil” every few rounds: extract via helicopter for bonus rewards if your squad clears the marked zone under heavy undead pressure. This video game is recommended for ages 17 and up due to intense violence, blood and gore, strong language, and mature themes.
